DeviceDeck

Launching December 2026

Any agent. Any framework. Nobody in between.

DeviceDeck is a private device lab your own AI agent drives. It connects the real phones, simulators and emulators you own, on any machine in any office, and your agent writes, runs and maintains tests in the framework your team already uses.

you → agent
One request, five frameworks, any device in your lab. Your agent reads each screen as elements with ids and roles, not pixels.

Everything stays yours.

Testing mobile apps usually means handing something over: your data to a device cloud, your tests to an AI testing tool, or your team's skills to a new framework. DeviceDeck keeps all three with you.

Any agent.

Your agent does the testing work

AI testing tools write tests in their own format, run them on their platform, and keep them if you leave. With DeviceDeck, the agent you already use writes plain tests into your repo. Cancel, and you keep every one.

Test mobile the way you test the web

Every screen becomes a web page your tools can read, so a Playwright team tests iOS and Android with the skills it already has. Teams on Appium, Maestro, XCUITest or Espresso keep their suites exactly as they are.

Your devices, your network

Real phones, simulators and emulators stay on your own machines, in any office. Your team, your CI and your agent reach them directly, never through a vendor's cloud.

What your agent does with a device

  1. Explore

Reads each screen as elements with roles, labels and accessibility ids, and acts on them by name. No coordinates, no guessing from screenshots.

  2. Write

Turns what it did into a test in your framework, selecting by ids that survive the next build, and opens it for review in your repo.

  3. Run

Runs it on any device in your lab, in parallel, from a laptop or from CI: the same test on a simulator and on a real phone.

  4. Maintain

When a test fails, it checks the device, tells an app bug from a changed screen, and proposes the fix.

Nothing passes through us.

Your app builds, screens and test code never touch our servers.

Your laptops, your CI and your agent connect straight to your devices, so everything travels only between machines you own.

Our servers do two things: decide who can use which device, and help the two ends find each other.

Your agent runs where you run it, with the model you choose. We don't host one.

Start today, free, on your Mac

DeviceDeck open source is available now. Run it on a Mac and your simulators and emulators become web pages that Playwright and your agent drive by selector. It's the same idea on one machine, and the tests you write there carry over.

Our principle

मा गृधः कस्यस्विद्धनम्

mā gṛdhaḥ kasya svid dhanam

“Covet no one’s wealth.”

Isha Upanishad, verse 1

DeviceDeck is built around this old rule. Your devices, your app builds and your tests belong to you, so we designed the product so they never have to reach us. Your devices connect straight to your machines, and our servers only decide who may connect to what.
